      Once the order and payment are processed. All artworks are carefully prepared, packaged, and shipped within 7–14 business days after purchase. For special exhibitions or custom orders, timelines may vary and will be communicated directly.

       

      Shipping Methods

      We ship using trusted carriers with tracking and insurance. For large-scale or high-value works, we coordinate with professional fine-art shippers to ensure safe handling.

       

      Domestic & International Shipping

      We ship worldwide. Shipping fees vary depending on size, weight, and destination, and will be calculated at checkout or quoted individually for oversized works. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the collector.

       

      Packaging

      All works are professionally packaged with museum-grade materials to ensure safety in transit.

       

      Damages & Claims

      If an artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and artwork. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly. No refunds.
